Effective Date: January 2025We provide sourcing, quality control, freight forwarding, customs brokerage coordination, and delivery arrangement services for shipments originating in China and destined for India. Our end-to-end solutions ensure your cargo reaches its destination safely and efficiently.
- 1Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise in the quotation.
- 2Freight and duty/tax amounts are estimates until final carrier and customs invoices are received.
- 3Payment terms are specified on the quotation or service agreement and must be adhered to.
We act as an intermediary and coordinator for logistics services. Liability for cargo loss or damage remains with the carrier and/or insurer per applicable international conventions and insurance policies. We recommend comprehensive cargo insurance for all shipments.
Customers must ensure products comply with Indian regulations and provide all documents required for customs clearance. This includes but is not limited to commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any product-specific certifications required by Indian authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
